Hot runner Hot nozzle is a heating component system used in injection molds to inject melted plastic particles into the cavity of the mold. Hot runner mold is a new structure that heats the runner and runner of traditional mold or three-plate mold, and does not need to remove the runner and runner at each forming time.

1.The hot nozzle is usually made round, and the place that can be machined in place is machined by lathe. The tolerance of the fit with the die is H7/m6. The wall thickness should be 7-10mm, and the depth of the hanging table can be 5-8mm

3. Because the hot nozzle is designed to carry water, the hot nozzle must be positioned to prevent rotation, and a flat position will be cut out of the hanging table to make the pipe position

4. Because the hot muzzle is designed to transport water, the hot muzzle must be designed with a sealing ring to prevent water leakage. The sealing ring can be designed on the hot muzzle or on the front mold.
