Convenient disassembly and assembly, effectively preventing glue leakage in the hot runner system, reducing installation difficulty and shortening installation time.3. The hot sprue heating uses a copper sleeve type heater, which adopts independent temperature sensing, precise temperature control, reliable quality, and good stability. Each hot sprue heating ring is equipped with a built-in temperature sensing wire as a backup;4. It can be combined with the use of a timing controller to control the sequence of opening and closing of each gate, in order to control product deformation, welding lines, etc.
