DHA9 series mold hot runner touch screen temperature control box is a microprocessor control device based on large-scale integrated circuits, with a modular structure and touch screen operation interface. It has friendly human-machine interaction function, universal function, and standard communication interface.
The system has strong anti-interference ability, easy to use, precise temperature control, and stable operation. It is the preferred solution for multi loop and high-precision temperature control systems in the injection mold industry.
This controller integrates three control functions required by the hot runner control system:The temperature control system detects the temperature of the hot runner heater and performs constant temperature control on it. Each temperature control module can measure and control the temperature of the hot runner in four circuits. A single controller can install up to 35 modules, so it can measure and control the temperature of the hot runner in up to 140 circuits.The voltage regulation system manually outputs a constant voltage to heat the hot runner, suitable for heating sprues without temperature sensing wires. Each voltage regulation module can control six hot sprue heating circuits,A single controller can install up to 35 modules, so it can measure and control up to 210 hot sprues. The pressure regulating circuit needle valve timing control system provides precise delay on/off control for the hot runner needle valve. Each needle valve timing control module can control the needle valve timing of 8 circuits. A single controller can install up to 35 modules, so a maximum of 280 needle valve timing control circuits can be configured, with a time accuracy of 0.01 seconds.
Attention!
The dimensions of the three control modules are the same, but the wiring methods of each module are different. During factory production, the wiring is done according to user order requirements, so modules of the same type can be interchanged, but modules of different types cannot be interchanged. When users repair or replace modules, they must replace them according to the same module type and cannot replace them randomly, otherwise it may cause damage to the module or mold.
The three control functions are not standard configurations, and each temperature control box is customized. Individual functions can be customized, as well as two or three functions, depending on the user's process requirements.
